We recently purchased a condo at the Kaanapali Alii with the help of our realtors Greg and Leah Harbottle. They were FANTASTIC! They went above and beyond, and the entire purchase from start to finish was seamless. They made an often times stressful situation, painless and enjoyable. We have bought and sold several homes with many, many realtors…Greg and Leah were by far the best! We would highly recommend them and will definitely continue to use them for all of our real estate needs.

My wife and I recently purchased a studio at the Whaler on Kaanapali Beach with Leah Harbottle as our realtor. We found Leah to be very knowledgeable, professional, and fun to work with throughout the entire purchasing process. Leah listened to our needs / desires in terms of what kind of investment we wished to make and she then provided us with a range of options including the pros and cons for each option. At no time was there any pressure to make a decision. Being from the mainland, it took us about a year to get comfortable with the idea while at the same time we were a bit nervous on how the whole transaction would take place. Leah’s excellent knowledge of the marketplace and of the process made the transaction very smooth. She volunteered to be our eyes and feet as we had to remotely inspect units and make decisions. We could not be happier

Greg and Leah just sold a unit for us at the Kaanapali Alii. It was the easiest escrow we have ever been involved in! They took care of everything from start to finish. Always available to help with the smallest of details. They are a great team. Total professionals from start to finish. They know the business inside and out including the different laws that are unique to Hawaii. Greg has a wealth of knowledge as he grew up in Hawaii and really understands what drives appreciation and sales. Leah is very organized and always available to help with any questions or concerns. I have personally been involved in numerous real estate transactions and Greg and Leah are as good as it gets.

We met with many realtors over the years, trying to find our first home, not only in Maui, but in all of the US. A truly foreign experience for us as Canadian buyers. I have been buying and selling real estate in California and Hawaii since 1972, and have never had the level of confidence in agents representing me as I do with Leah and Greg. They know the market and properties on the island like the back of their hands, and have a sixth sense about matching my wants and needs with available options. Their advice is impeccable. As important to me as their real estate expertise is the fact that they don’t forget you after the deal is done. They always have time for you. I have known Greg for about 5-6 years and Leah for about 3 years. During that time period, they have helped me in countless ways. Many times on issues that have nothing to do with real estate. Leah was amazing! After contacting her we felt at ease by her knowledge and expertise. She guided us the entire way and within the first week of listing our home she had buyers lined up! We were blown away especially since our sale was time sensitive as we needed to leave the island soon. We were able to sell quickly and at the right price. Greg Harbottle is a unique individual who is smart, great at what he does and truly cares about doing a great job, all the time. I have know him for 20 years and we have a friendship and relationship that has lead us to many mutually beneficial experiences, including our recent purchase of a unit at the Alii after many years enjoying the property with our family. Greg is honest, trustworthy and he genuinely tries to achieve what is best for everyone involved, without regard to his personal interests.
