Maui Newsletter: January 2022

Jumping Right In

As we bask in the glow of our wonderful holiday season, the gentle, yet persistent knocking reminds us that January’s to-do list is once again upon our doorstep. And while breaking out of the “holiday bubble” may not be our first choice, it does give us a chance for new opportunities, jumping right in.

With the changing of the calendar page, we often find ourselves stepping into a new space that invites us to update goals and find a fresh outlook on the year to come. With this in mind, we ask: Is it possible to keep the “goodwill towards all” moment of relaxation while barreling into the New Year? Simply stated; we believe it is.

For us, the holidays are less about gifts and expectations, and more about the feeling of togetherness and time shared with those we care about. If you’ve worked with us before, you’ve probably figured out that our clients aren’t just “clients” – they often become lifelong friends. So, to take that feeling of holiday “ohana” and carry it into our January work world is not really a stretch at all.

And with the Maui real estate market continuing to zoom right into 2022, know that we will be carrying a little bit of that warm and festive spirit along with us throughout the year. Here’s to hoping you can too!

Cheers! Greg & Leah
