Aloha Family & Friends,

It’s a resoundingly beautiful day here on the island and having just completed another successful transaction, we can’t help but reflect on how incredibly grateful we are for the clients who trust us to guide them through such meaningful moments. Our work is deeply personal, and we consider it a privilege to be part of each real estate journey. We’re pretty sure most of you have figured out that we love what we do. Getting new listings, ensuring properties are in tip top shape, matching up our wonderful clients with the right island home … we love it all.

That being said, there are times when it feels like we need to be in three places at onceparticularly when we off island. We have joked about finding a way to clone ourselves or training Gidget to handle a showing or two, but for now she is happiest sticking to her daily walks along the golf course or the Kā‘anapali shoreline.

With that in mind, we are excited to share some wonderful news. We are thrilled to welcome Tambara Garrick as an agent working alongside us at Kā‘anapali Luxury Living. Tambara brings a wealth of experience as a small business owner, business consultant, and marketing professional, along with several years in real estate with Keller Williams Realty Maui.

She is actively involved in the Maui community, serving in leadership roles with organizations such as the Lahaina Town Action Committee, the Maui Chamber of Commerce, and the Ka Ipu Kukui Fellows program. When she is not hosting open houses, showing properties, or assisting our clients, you will likely find Tambara supporting Maui’s small businesses, enjoying time in Lahaina’s restaurants, or helping to organize community efforts such as the Lahaina Food and Wine Festival and the annual Lahaina Town Cleanup.

We feel fortunate to have her as part of our team and look forward to continuing to serve our clients together with the same care and attention this work deserves.

As we move further into spring, we have seen a noticeable increase in activity across West Maui. From properties moving into escrow to a steady rise in buyer inquiries and requests for showings, we are feeling a renewed sense of momentum in the market.

Bringing Tambara on at this time allows us to be even more responsive and present for our clients, ensuring that we can continue to provide the level of service we are known for.

It is an exciting time in Kā‘anapali, and we look forward to what the months ahead will bring.
